FRAU BEJI

Hailing from Dortmund, DJ and artist Frau Beji fuses her North African heritage with genres like Afrohouse, Afrotech, and melodic techno to craft deeply expressive and atmospheric DJ sets. Her music is driven by emotion, energy, and a clear artistic vision that bridges cultures and communities. As part of the Dortmund-based collective Barulho World, Frau Beji has found a creative space that supports authentic, uninhibited self-expression. “Barulho is a place where I can fully be myself – no masks, no filters. That kind of freedom is rare and incredibly powerful,” she says. This sense of freedom shapes both her sound and her identity as an artist.
